Dr. Nicole Rountree

Dr. Nicole Rountree is the Founder and CEO of Positioned for Progress™, a career-readiness initiative created to help emerging professionals prepare for opportunity and succeed after they receive it.

Her perspective is shaped by nearly three decades of experience across education, school leadership, curriculum and instruction, human resources, recruitment, staffing, and program leadership. Across those roles, she saw the same gap repeatedly: people are often taught how to apply and interview, but receive far less preparation for the communication, relationships, expectations, feedback, accountability, and growth that come after the offer.
